There are many ways to join us, whether it’s joining an in-person group or attending an online event, the choice is yours.

We do not have a yearly subscription for the in-person events, it is a low fee which is payable on the door.

 

At the moment they are all held at at Broughty Ferry Y.M.C.A as Broughty Ferry Women’s Social Club

Our online events are FREE and you can access them by going to  EVENTBRITE  ‘ Your True Path To Wellness ‘

About our Women only spaces.

We create women’s only spaces because we feel that women have distinct needs from men when they gather together, and a mixed gender setting may exclude some women from feeling safe enough to access our offerings.

  • We are an inclusive space for all women, meaning that if you fully identify as a woman, are over 18 and are living and presenting as a female you are welcome.
  • We reserve the right to ask for further information prior to an event and we ask that all those attending our circles turn their cameras on at the start of the circle, so that we can verify who you are. Again, this is for the comfort and safety of all the women in the group.
