Firstly myself (Dee) and the team would like to thank you for being part of our community, supporting us and for being YOU. And if you are new to our community then we hope to meet you soon… But still thank you for being YOU !

Blogging is very new to me and I am dyslexic so I apologise now for any errors. But regardless of this I felt it was important that I say Hi and connect with you before I pass the baton on to our fabulous April

This space is where we will share hints & tips on all things that help YOU on the journey to ‘Your True Path to Wellness’… this may include wellness tips, home tips, connect with nature and a funny story or two from our lovely team so you can get to know all the amazing women behind the scenes.

Quick get to know me is… I am a cheesy soppy person who just loves, love

My passion is spreading Love, Compassion and Kindness in the world and I feel the best way to do this is by building strong lasting communities.

Having spaces to feel seen, heard and be valued for JUST BEING YOUR WONDERFUL SELF is so needed in today’s world… To feel connected to self, others and mother earth is so POWERFUL & HEALING on so many levels

My background in the care sector and was a manager for several years.

Although I loved some aspects of the role, from a very young age I knew I was here to make a positive difference. Finally after many years and many wrong paths,  I moved to Scotland in 2018 I was ready to follow my dreams.

I started working as a project manager for a C.I.C  which aimed to support people during the pandemic with their mental health and well-being. This project was only for one year, but I decided to keep the weekly women’s circle going in my own time as a volunteer. I could see the positive impact that being part of a community was having on the women and if I am honest myself too. I realised that there was a real need for more community support and after running the circle for over a year even though I was out of my comfort zone I decided to create ‘ Your True Path to Wellness CIC’  in 2022.

From there our amazing community started to grow and before long we had a fabulous team of women who provide peer support and are changing the lives of women across the country and internationally through our range of on-line circles.

Then in 2023 we decided expand with in person retreats, groups and we also have events to support and care for our environment that I have ran since 2019 too

I feel very passionate that by building more supportive community. I truly believe that by feeling that you have somewhere you belong, a home to go to as an amazing ripple effort… You feel better and in turn it helps to connect with others, be more open and authentic.

‘ To change your life, love yourself.
To change your community, love others.
To change the world, love all living things ’

Here’s to be being a part of the change, the world, and you and I need.

Here’s to being a part of a kindness movement.

Let’s STOP feeling divided and disconnected. Yes we all have many differences, but at the core WE ARE ALL THE SAME.
