Welcome to the home of Your True Path To Wellness.
Our Mission
To reduce social isolation and loneliness and help improve women’s mental health and well-being. We believe that building a supportive circle of friends and being part of a community helps everybody to develop their potential and paves the way for the next generation of girls.
We are a group of women that just want to make a difference. We have made affordability a top priority and have kept the fees low, offering free resources and meet ups and other financial assistance to those in need. We are excited to launch our community project…..forward to partnering up with other organisations who share our commintment to diversity, inclusivity and social mobility for all.
We provide workshops on various topics relating to well-being of all stages of life including general well-being, weekly circles, menopause support as well as meditation and mindfulness practices.

We run a community group which holds beach and town clean ups in our area.
